4.5/5 stars. Came for a big dinner with a group of friends and it was honestly perfect for that. Would highly recommend getting 1-2 paellas and the pitcher(s) of sangria, especially if coming with a big group. Noisy atmosphere, but a great time if you are willing to talk a little loud. Also, make sure to ask for the house bread! The only downside was that the table was a little small for our group of 7 (just one medium circle table), and since we ordered a good amount of food they had to course stuff out and constantly be taking things on and off. Servers were quick to do so, but damn wish we could've kept some saucey things to dip some more house bread in

Such a fun vibe and really good tapas! We came for their happy hour and 5 of us shared a bottle of their rose. We ordered various tapas; the grilled chicken thigh, beef empanadas, focaccia, the tuna crudo, and patatas bravas. We also shared the paella mariscos. Out of all the tapas, the grilled chicken thigh was the best. It was cooked and seasoned so well and the sauce it came with was delicious! We ended up ordering two of them. The focaccia came plain with no sauce or anything to dip in which was a little disappointing, but the paella was delicious. The rice was very flavorful and all the seafood was well cooked. We had so much fun and had a great waiter. Can't wait to come back!

Very crowded wine bar, the service is great. I thought the small plates were tasty but the charcuterie platter could be more generous on the cheese. They had a few types of paella and ours was pretty good .The cava and sangria were nicely choked.

A terrific Logan Circle late-night hot spot! We were hungry after our tour of DC Monuments ended later than expected. Our hotel restaurant was closing, and the server recommended we head to Barcelona. So glad, although we didn't have much time to order after making our way there. Their extensive menu offered so many choices that it was difficult to decide. The bib salad with truffle manchego was excellent! We also enjoyed the potato tortilla (oh my goodness) and flank steak. They forgot (or ran out of) the chimichurri however the steak was perfectly cooked. We enjoyed our food but finished quickly. We could see they took clearing out the crowds seriously when the bouncer came by our table for two despite the packed barfloor. We really enjoyed our Barcelona experience despite the quick visit. Check it out!!

Finally made it here for a friend's birthday. Food was great and service was on par, kudos to Elizabeth for being so patient with 14 of us. We didn't get seated until 8:40ish with a reservation for 7:45pm. Indeed it was busy. The host, John was so nice even with multiple follow-ups asking for status from 5 different people in our group. He always responded with a smile, I couldn't even be mad, lol. Overall, this place didn't disappoint.

Happening Here . A classy club tavern with authentic Euro-spanish food. At 5:45 it's already crowded -- so reserve that table. Can't finish your wine bottle? -- take it to go! Server will cork and bag seal your bottle so you can enjoy what you paid for. - Wagyu carpaccio - thin light slices of si, por favor. - Pulpo (octopus) - thick, juicy, perfectly grilled cut pieces & dashes of peas, edamame, & onions together impressively flavorful. - Spicy Beef Empanadas - an exact manifestation of its name; tender spicy beef encased in a crisp pillow. . This place is popular for a reason! Despite the lively bar crowd and fully seated tables, my party of 2 received efficient and fast service that had us feeling somewhat rushed, but once we concluded our order our server let us enjoy our plates. Overall, a fun and enjoyable experience I'd love to return to! . cheers (:

This place called Barthelona rocks! Tapas abound. Empanadas, credos, skirt steak, carpaccio, pork belly, pulpo, focaccia, deserts like the delicious olive oil cake, flan, cheesecake, salads, wines and cocktails and more! Twas delicious! Remember, tapas are small plates. Advantage, you can taste more kinds of dishes! Slight disadvantage but is expected when it's tapas, you may end up ordering more to get to taste all the other dishes, besides the obvious fact that the amount are in small portions. The service itself was good. Support staff helping out was there supporting well. And the ambiance, a cozy cool barn gaucho style masculine darker tone vibe. Love love love the style! Cozy and on point with my taste! Verdict - well, must try, especially if you haven't tried tapas or paellas.

First and definitely not my last time here. Service: The hostess and our waitress were all very excellent at what they did and provided timely and quality service. Ambiance: whisk me away to NYC but keep me in DC lol. As a New Yorker by heart, this place made me reminisce of home-particularly in the lower East side of Manhattan on a cool summer night. The ambiance was beautiful and the place gave good vibe! Drinks: GET the white sangria! That's it, that's the message! Food: I have to say that you get more bang for your bucks by ordering tapas. Also, for a flat fee, the restaurant has a great deal in which you can try all of the tapas on the menu (not unlimited) I decided to go with the patatas bravas and let me say this, it was so delicious! The hanger steak was a fun twist to what I'm used to and they did not miss a beat! The steak was cooked medium/well and the flavor oozed with every bite. Fun fact, I was totally stuffed after a few bites and ended up taking home most of the steak and the patatas...get the picture? It means that they serve very generous portions. Overall, I would indeed visit this place again, maybe in the summer so that I can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful outdoor decor. I absolutely enjoyed my time and cannot wait to visit again.
